Kale, to me, often tastes like dead grass.
Thankfully, we’re allowed to smother kale in other healthy ingredients and so that’s what this girl (who hates kale) tried to do.
cherry Tomatoes (sliced in halves)
Diced Green, Red and Yellow Peppers
Diced Red Onion
If you like kale, summer fruits and sweet veggies, you will LOVE IT. It’s a colorful balance of sweet and tart.
But, since I am not so keen on kale, its like tripping right out of the starting line. Its a start though!
